If you have a large amount of historical documents of any format, we can scan them, index them, ocr them, and store them on our secure servers for you to retrieve from a web browser anywhere in the world.

l Total Flexibility

If you have a daily, weekly or monthly batch of documents we can pick them up for scanning, or you may elect to scan some of your own for us to index.

Documents and images can be sent in the post, ftp'd, faxed, emailed or sent from mobile phone via sms to our servers.

l Zero Installation, Zero Maintenance

Because retrieval is web based you do not have to worry about new servers, disk capacity, installation and maintenance. If your user's computers have access to the internet they can view their documents.

l Optical Character Recognition (OCR)

You can elect to have all your documents read by OCR meaning that you can now search for text within those documents.

Some customers have documents of a fixed format where standard information is held in particular places. This information can be extracted for searching of for other database applications, such as invoice matching, returns processing, questionnaire analysis etc.

l Security

Your users can be set up with different security settings. You may wish for some users to be able to change index values or add notes to documents. You may wish for your customers or suppliers or other third parties to be able to view the documents, or a section of the documents. The system can be set up so that each customer may see documents relevant to themselves.
