VelociTime is a complete time management solution which allows project planning and entry of timesheets and expenses by:
- Mobile phone WAP browser
- PDA Browser
- Laptop/desktop
- SMS Message
giving you complete control over all your jobs and projects.
Timesheets can be linked to predefined jobs and tasks enabling job and project costing.
Staff can enter their own timesheets or work as members of teams. If a timesheet is created for a team, and all the members in the team automatically
have a timesheet entry created for them, lessening the need for data input.
Reports can be viewed via web browser in Excel format for easy export to payroll
or job costing systems.
All timesheet entries are stored in a SQL server database on one our
secure servers, so you don't have to worry about installation, back ups, maintenance etc.
You can be up and running today - all you need is a connection to the internet.
Costs
For an Organisation,
VelociTime has a one off set up cost of £200.00 Plus VAT.
For a sole user there is no set up cost.
VelociTime costs £5.00 plus VAT per person per month.
